Arthur Parkinson acknowledges there are a lot of gardening books out there. But as he sat through lockdown after lockdown in his home of Nottinghamshire, he realized there weren’t a lot of gardening books for people like him—those who didn’t have tracts and tracts of land, greenhouses, or infinite landscaping budgets.
